How to Get Rid of School Loan Debt

By Christine Margiotta

Pay off Loans Faster
Step 1: Establish how much money can go toward paying off student loans each month by creating a budget worksheet that subtracts monthly expenses such as rent, food, clothing, utility bills and savings from your monthly income. Once you know what's left over, you know how much you can devote to paying off student loans.

Step 2: Pay off higher-interest credit card debt before paying off student loans, if you can. If you are paying more than you have to on student loans, it is more prudent to apply the extra money to the higher-interest debt. The faster you get rid of the extra payment per month toward credit cards, the sooner you will be able to apply that money toward paying off student loans.

How to Buy, Register & Sell a Domain Name

Instructions
Step 1: Decide which registrar you would like to use to purchase your domain name. NeedName.com, Namecheap, and GoDaddy are popular choices among many. Read reviews and compare prices for these and other registrars before making your decision. Also, it might be a good idea to see if that registrar has its own venue for selling the domain names as well, as doing both the buying and selling of the domain in the same place may simplify the process.

Step 2: Purchase the domain name. The specifics of this will depend on which site you use. You will usually encounter an easy process that includes checking the availability of the name, adding the name to your cart and entering your personal and billing information and making payment.

How Does an Allergy Attack Happen?

Many of us have experienced an allergic reaction. We may have gotten the sneezes in the spring or fall or suffered from poison ivy rash. We may be allergic to certain medications, like penicillin, or to insect stings. All of these reactions are the result of mechanisms in our bodies that may be inherited from our parents or may have developed as the result of repeated exposure or a combination of factors unique to our experience. Allergies can appear and recede at any time during our lives, further challenging our ability to predict what will trigger an allergic reaction.

Allergy affects one out of six Americans and thus it becomes important to discuss what actually is allergy, how can it happen, and methods to prevent it. To put it simply, allergy can happen to anyone from substances categorized as allergens. These allergens make the immune system of the body to react and hence the person suffers from allergy. An allergen is a substance which is harmless otherwise, but may cause allergy in the people sensitive to it. Some examples of allergens are pollens, molds, dust, dead skin cells from animals known as animal dander, foods, medication, cockroach droppings, and animal stings.

What Are the Treatments for Swine Flu?

Antiviral drugs are used to treat swine flu symptoms. Swine flu is sensitive to two drugs on the market: Tamiflu and Relenza. Both help stop the swine flu virus from spreading in the body, but must be taken within 12 to 48 hours after you begin experiencing your first flu symptoms. Take one tablet twice daily or as prescribed by your physician. If you think you have swine flu, seek the care of a doctor for advice on treatment.
Rest

Rest is important when treating swine flu, because not getting enough rest will weaken your immune system and prevent it from fighting the virus properly. If you have been diagnosed with the swine flu, it's important not to overexert yourself and to sleep often.

How to Create a Debt Consolidation Plan

Posted by Support @ Whaddya.com On 11:12 PM 0 comments
Sandra Baker

Step 1: Determine the amount of debt you have by making a list of all debts, excluding any mortgage payments, in order from the debt with the highest interest rate to the lowest interest rate. Do not forget debts such as vehicles, student loans, store accounts, tax liens and credit card debt. Second mortgages or home equity loans should not be listed.

Step 2: Calculate the monthly payments made on each of your debts, based on the required minimum payment on each. The debt consolidation plan may help you to reduce the amount of monthly payment you are making, depending on the type of consolidation loan obtained.

10 Strategies for Debt

1) Create a budget. A budget should lay out all of your incoming money, where it is going and how much you have left over. This can help you take control by being more aware of your money and how it is being spent. Be realistic and stick to your budget each month.

2) Avoid unnecessary spending. While this may sound like an obvious strategy, the only way to make it worse is to continue bad spending habits. Before you purchase anything, ask yourself, "Do I need this item? Can I survive without it?" Purchasing those items that you need, like food and shelter. Cut any other unnecessary expenses.

I've spent some time searching the Internet, all I can see are similar issues posted by users and some products that you need to buy. According to a recent survey, 41 percent of companies are planning a wholesale migration to Windows 7 by the end of 2010. This is a much higher adoption rate than the 12-14 percent adoption rate XP got at the same point in its life cycle. As XP gets long in the tooth, the chances are that your organization will be soon looking at Windows 7 if it isn’t already.

Pacquiao knocks out Cotto in 12th

Posted by Support @ Whaddya.com On 1:50 AM 1 comments
"LAS VEGAS -- Manny Pacquiao's speed and power were way too much for Miguel Cotto's heart.

Pacquiao put on yet another dominating performance Saturday night, knocking down Cotto twice and turning his face into a bloody mess before finally stopping him at 55 seconds of the 12th round.

The Filipino star used his blazing speed and power from both hands to win his seventh title in seven weight classes and cement his stature as the best pound-for-pound fighter in the world. Cotto took such a beating that his face was a river of red from the fury of Pacquiao's punches but he refused to quit even as his corner tried to throw in the towel after the 11th round.

The House passed the health care bill in a 220-215 vote

"The Democratic-controlled House has narrowly passed landmark health care reform legislation, handing President Barack Obama a hard won victory on his signature domestic priority.

Republicans were nearly unanimous in opposing the plan that would expand coverage to tens of millions of Americans who lack it and place tough new restrictions on the insurance industry.

The 220-215 vote late Saturday cleared the way for the Senate to begin a long-delayed debate on the issue that has come to overshadow all others in Congress.

Google Wave is an online tool for real-time communication and collaboration. A wave can be both a conversation and a document where people can discuss and work together using richly formatted text, photos, videos, maps, and more.

What is a wave?

A wave is equal parts conversation and document. People can communicate and work together with richly formatted text, photos, videos, maps, and more.

A wave is shared. Any participant can reply anywhere in the message, edit the content and add participants at any point in the process. Then playback lets anyone rewind the wave to see who said what and when.

A wave is live. With live transmission as you type, participants on a wave can have faster conversations, see edits and interact with extensions in real-time.

Get That Server

PowerShell 1.0 introduced us to some very handy cmdlets, like Get-Process and Get-Service. Unfortunately, they only worked locally. If you wanted to run Get-Process and filter out the high memory processes on a remote server, you had to go to that server, logon, open PowerShell and run your command. Or figure out how to do it using Get-WMIObject.

Happily, these cmdlets in PowerShell 2.0 now sport a long needed -Computername parameter:

PS C:\> get-service -computername File01

You can now run the Get-Process command from your desktop, like this:

PS C:\> ps -ComputerName JDHIT01 | sort ws -desc | select -first 10

IndustryStandard.com website is now live.

I want to introduce IndustryStandard.com to offer latest Technology News, Products and Services. The website (or blog) will feature new technology gadgets, tools, software as a service, softwares and hardwares. Instead of creating  a separate section from KING.NET website, I decided to look for a qualified domain name to create it's own brand name and I believe IndustryStandard.com is a good fit for this project. Consider IndustryStandard.com a rebirth of Technology News.

There are many successful technology news sites such as TechCrunch.com, Engadget.com,  CNET.com, etc. that provides timely news about technology but this will not stop me for launching this project. Another similar website will not hurt the industry, instead it will provide an expanded network to reach other businesses that are looking for industry standard products and services. And guess what, they will simply type our domain name in the URL address of their favorite internet browser.

The domain name InternetStandard.com existed since September 1996, it will simply bring organic and direct type-in from curious web visitors.
