Actually I like this approach, because you don't have to download any software to your iPhone. Just point your safari internet browser URL address to http://www.google.com/voice, login using your account ID and password, you're ready to call anyone, and not wasting your mobile air minutes. While in the same screen, click the (+) sign to book mark "Add to Home Screen" so that it will look like a native apps.

Well I guess this is one of the disadvantage of hosting with NING with your social network. :(

How to synchronize the time on a member computer in an Active Directory domain?

Here a simple command to run in your computer:

1. Go to command prompt in c:\windows\systems32\ folder
2. In c:\windows\system32\, type w32tm /resync [enter]

At the end of 2008, we were at a crossroads for our email and collaboration tools. We had to make a long-term decision on what direction to take. So, we started seriously evaluating other options. During our review, we considered the hosted versions of the Lotus and Microsoft offerings, but ultimately focused our attention on evaluating Google Apps.

The Latonas.com held an auction for premium (some of them) domain names in Las Vegas January 22, 2010 7pm eastern time. For the first hour is a failure due to technical difficulties. I'm not surprise for first timer though this is a huge lost in many ways e.g. trust of the seller, buyer, reliability of the auction system, and the process. No backup in place where million dollars of domain names at stake.

I have some project websites and I received some SEO spam emails using @gmail.com email address. Good thing, I have a nice anti-spam and anti-virus email service called Google Apps Premier Edition (Gmail) to make it easy for me to manage my emails.

I just checked this new feature of Google Docs upload any file to check it out. I've tested only for uploading at least 10Mb zipped files, it works and fast.

In this way, you can upload important files and have access to these files wherever I go. I don't have to worry of losing these files, and securely protected in Google network.

Yesterday Google Apps announced they are rolling out the ability for Google Apps users to upload and securely share any type of file internally and externally using Google Docs. Every Google Apps Standard Edition users will have 1GB free storage. If think this is good, check out Microsoft Skydrive free 25GB storage. Yes, you read it right 25GB storage. I will check Microsoft Skydrive service and will share this to you in another post.

Question for Google Apps, do you think you can offer higher free service comparable to Microsoft Skydrive? With Google Apps announcement, the Google Apps Premier Edition will be able to purchase additional storage for $3.5/GB/yr.

I want to share my experience in developing five to ten websites a day. I thought it will be easy for me to accomplish this goal because I have the tools in place e.g. web server, content management system to run the website, ready templates, articles sharing and of course generic domain names. I forgot to include "time" to allocate each day. That's a big mistake, I have only 10:00pm-11:59pm as my quite time.

I have a day time job in Information Technology. The day to day routine varies depending on any given situation, projects and technology challenges for that day. In short, time management is really a big obstacle of meeting my target to develop my domain names at least five to ten websites a day.

Last December of 2009, the City of Los Angeles chose to use Google Apps over Microsoft Exchange Server. Here's a notable saving switching to Google Apps. Issue in Microsoft Outlook 2007 and 2004, in Windows Exchange Server 2003 environment.

We are currently having an issue affecting a number of our users where when a meeting is re-scheduled in the Outlook Calendar the old meeting entry isn't been removed from the calendar leaving a duplicate Calendar entry in both the old and new meeting times. We are using Exchange 2003 and a mixture of Outlook 2003 and 2007. Though only Outlook 2003 users have reported experiencing this issue up to yet.
