Step-by-step procedure to setup VPN connection in Windows 7

• In Windows 7, click the windows icon, Control Panel.
• In Control Panel, click Network and Internet.
• In Network and Sharing Center, click View network status and tasks.
• In Change your network settings, click Set up a new connection or network.
• In Set up a Connection or Network, select Connect to a workplace, then click Next.
• In Connect to a Workplace, click Use my Internet connection (VPN).
• Type the Internet address, FQDN fully qualified domain name or IP Address. For example, VPN.KING.NET or 10.10.10.1
• In Destination Name: VPN Connection (default) or change this to something else.
• Click Next to continue.
• Type your Username, Password, and Domain (optional). Click Next.

I've seen all the commercial from last night Super Bowl 2011. Here's my personal favorite and the best super bowl commercials of 2011. I don't know about you but the Doritos commercial just stay with me because of the obvious punch line, the laughter, and simplicity of delivering the message.

When you market your products or services, you want to have a creative commercials that will attract the customers and easy for them to remember your "Punch Line" (message). I am not impressed to the GoDaddy commercial last night at Super Bown XLV.

Here's a simple procedures on how to setup Outlook Anywhere using Outlook 2010 (MS Off9ce 2010 Professional).

• Start Outlook 2010 for the first time. You will get the Outlook 2010 startup message, then click Next.
• On the next screen, leave the default to Yes, and then click Next.
• On the Auto Account Setup, click on Manually configure server settings, and click Next.
• On the Choose Email Service page, click on Microsoft Exchange, and click Next.
• On the Microsoft Exchange Settings page, enter in the name of the Exchange Server. For example mail.medialogy.com, click use Cached Exchange Mode, and Username: enter the user email address e.g. employee@medialogy.com. Click Next.
• On the General Tab, increase the Second Until Server Connections Timeout from 30 to 120.
• Click on the Connection tab, then check the box fo "Connect to Microsoft Exchange using HTTP".
• In the top line, enter https://mail.medialogy.com (replace this using your company email web address) Check "On slow networks, connect using HTTP first, then connect using TCP/IP. Then make sure that "Basic Authentication" is selected under the Proxy authentication settings.
• Then just keep clicking OK and Finish where appropriate to complete the setup.
• When you start Outlook, you will be prompted for your username and password in "domain\username" format.
• The first time you setup Outlook, it will take a long time to synchronize all of your folders.
• You should be able to compose a message, send, and receive.

• Open Outlook.
•  In the left side column, click the Calendar
• The right side column, will change to your month calendar schedules. In January 30 - February 05, 2011 right click, then select Properties. This will open the Calendar Properties.
• In Calendar Properties, click Permissions tab.
• Click Add to select a user. Click Add, then OK
• In Permission Level pull down menu, select the permission you want to assign to the user. For example, Reviewer (read only), Editor (power user), etc.
• Click OK to complete.

• Open Outlook
• Click on Calendar
• Click Open a Shared Calendar
• In Open a Shared Calendar, click Name to browse the user. Select a user, click OK
• Click OK to complete.

Now you can see another calendar within your Outlook.

To hide other calendars, simply uncheck the selection in All Calendar Items.
