Humanoid Robotics

I am always fascinated by any robots e.g. a toy, movies, games and I am now trying to collect some of them which only I can afford.

By browsing the Internet today, I accidentally stumble to this website Pal-Robotics.com which they build the next generation of Humanoid Robot. The company is based in UAE, currently working with REEM-B prototype, yes there is REEM-A robot.

I also went to see David Faconti personal blog so I can find out what knowledge should I concentrate to build my own robot. Not much to read at this time but maybe in the near future he will share some ideas.

Here's the link to see the comparison between REEM-A VS REEM-B.

Here are some video links that I enjoyed watching:

Well as you know by now, the Aibo robot has been discontinued as of end March 2006. The last time I checked, the Aibo.com website is offline.

I hope you like it and if you know a good robot video to watch, please post it here or send me email.

Thank you.
