GEO FairfaxCity.com is now forsale

Good morning.

We are now entertaining offer from everyone for possible sale or rent of http://www.fairfaxcity.com/ domain property.

We are shifting our business to a different direction so I'm posting it forsale here and getting in touch with GEOpreneurs to buy it from us.

I'm looking to sell it for $135,000.00 for FairfaxCity.com domain name. I'm also open for rental or lease to own agreement. Lease it for first 3 years ($10,000.00/year) and have option to buy on it's 4th year. In this way, you don't have to spend the whole amount while preparing your business.

If you have question, please post it here or send email to EMIL @KING.NET.

Thank you,
Emil

Outsource your Mail

Have you consider outsourcing your email service instead of managing your own Exchange Server or POP server for yourself and/or your employees?

If you're a domainer and still using @hotmail.com or @yahoo.com or @aol.com and other free webmail, all I can say is SHAME ON YOU. Hey don't take it seriously, I'm just trying to shake your head and convince that you use one of your best domain to represent you in this business. I'm using @HARDWORKING.COM or @KING.NET email addresses, that represent me and my business. This also self promote my own business as I exchange emails to customers and old time friends.

Here's a video to find out more about google apps:

Arbitrage Traffic no more love on Feb.14,2008.

I've received this email today, Parked.com and all parking services that are using Yahoo feeds are no longer allowed to accept arbitrage traffic.

Dear Parked.com customers,

We were notified today by Yahoo that all Yahoo based parking companies, including Parked.com, must begin enforcing the no arbitrage/no paid traffic general provision. As a reminder, Section 2 Subsection g. in the Parked.com Terms of Service states:

"All other types of traffic including bought traffic, traffic driven by PPC campaigns, traffic directed from hyperlinks are not permitted. If your traffic originates from any sources other than type-in and search engine traffic, you will not be entitled to payment as per this Agreement. Regular checks are carried out and we reserve the right to suspend any domain from our Service at any time, on our sole discretion, if we reasonably believe that you have violated this Agreement; for example, if we suspect that the traffic on your domain is bought, generated or redi…

Yahoo says no!

Yahoo's board of directors this weekend formally rejected Microsoft'stakeover offer. The board apparently wants either more dough or tohook up with a different partner, such as Google (which would raiseantitrust concerns) or AOL.
Analysts believe Microsoft will sweeten the pot by $5 billion to $12 billion.

Worst Things to Say at Work

I thought this is a good article to share for everyone. Enjoy!

"I haven't had a raise in four years."
"Most savvy supervisors don't think longevity merits a raise - only high productivity does," Lampton states. Asking for a raise because of how long it's been since your last one will only tell your boss that you want more money, not that you deserve it. Instead, highlight the accomplishments you've made in the last four years, Lampton suggests. Prove the raise is merited.

"It's not my fault."
When your boss comes to you with a problem, the last thing you want to do is to deflect blame to someone else. Maybe it isn't your fault, but remember that you're not in a courtroom and nobody's really looking for the culprit right now. All that matters is making sure the problem is solved and doesn't happen again. You can deal with the real issue later, but you'll just make yourself look worse if you spend more time finger-pointin…
