Just in case you're having difficulty of editing your Windows 7 hosts file, error message such as "access denied". By the way, I post blog this because it took a while for me to recall this exercise. :) A very easy solution. Click on Start , Run, search or type " notepad ". You will see this under Program , choose Notepad , right click and choose to " Run as administrator ". After that, you can edit and save changes to your hosts file. My virtual machine automatically migrated to the available server so it will continue to work without my users noticing any performance issue. That's great technology. I have now fixed the issue with the faulty server, a simple reboot work just fine because of a memory issue. Now when I try to migrate a virtual machine from host no.2 back to host no.1.
