Yahoo! Publisher Network Beta to Close April 30, 2010

I received this email today regarding Yahoo Publisher Network to get axe! Here's the original email from Yahoo.

Dear Publisher,

Yahoo! continuously evaluates and prioritizes our products and services, in alignment with business goals and our continued commitment to deliver the best consumer and advertiser experiences. After conducting an extensive review of the Yahoo! Publisher Network beta program, we have decided to close the program effective April 30, 2010. We expect to deliver final publisher payments for the month ending April 30, 2010 to publishers no later than May 31, 2010. All publishers eligible for 1099s for the 2010 tax year will have those mailed by January 31, 2011.

Because our content will no longer be delivered to your ad unit spaces after April 30, 2010, we recommend removing all YPN ad code from your pages by that date.

For the opportunity to continue earning revenue, we suggest using Chitika, a leading advertising network that syndicates Yahoo! Content Match and…

Error message when you try to start Outlook 2003: "MAPI32.DLL is corrupt or the wrong version"

When starting your Outlook 2003, you got this error "Cannot start Microsoft Office Outllok. MAPI32.DLL is corrupt or the wrong version. This could been caused by installing other messaging software. Please reinstall Outlook.

Searching Microsoft knowledgebase, and found this solution:
This issue may occur if you install and then uninstall Microsoft Office Outlook 2007 Beta 2 on a computer that has Outlook 2003 installed. When you uninstall Outlook 2007 Beta 2 version, the Outlook 2007 Beta 2 version of the MSMapi32.dll file is not removed from the following folder on your computer:

KING.NET featured at TechFilpino.

I would like to share this news to our friends and readers. TechFilipino.com featured KING.NET in his web blog, go check it out http://techfilipino.com/interview-with-a-fellow-filipino-domainer-king-net/

By the way, I'm using Whaddya.com domain name as my main web blog address. It will take forever for me to complete the transition. Of course, the URL address http://blog.king.net will stay to keep the old web archives.

Cheers and enjoy your weekend.

Just another spam email.

You are using your domain name for personal or business website, and one day you received a unsolicited email from some guy name "Gim". Here's the actual email I received today.

"Hello

I am interested in purchasing your domain name, [domain name here]. Is it available?

Thank you,
Gim"

Is this a SPAM email? For a quick search of his/her email address in the Google resulted a 1000+ related post and using the contents. I don't know about you, but I already deleted the email and tagged it as spam.

How to access what's new:
Administrators must first enable mail delegation by checking the 'Mail Delegation' checkbox under 'Email Settings' in the administrator control panel. Note: This option will only be visible if your control panel is set to 'Next generation (US English)'.

To enter a delegate, users can select the 'Accounts' tab under 'Settings' in Gmail and click 'Add another account' to enter their delegate's email address.

Checking the Message Size Limits in Exchange Server 2007.

If you don't have SP1 installed in your Exchange Server 2007. You can check the message size limit through the Exchange Shell.

In Exchange Shell, type Get-TransportConfig [Enter] to see the current message size setting.

To update the MaxReceiveSize and MaxSendSize, use the command below. We are going to change the setting to accept send and receive size to 40MB. This is more than enough for email attachment. If you need a bigger file attachment, I highly recommend to use FTP file transfer tool instead of your email system.

Lost For Follow Up folder in Outlook.

I have a user asking why the "For Follow Up" folder is missing in Microsoft Outlook after changing the upgrading computer. The folder is not missing, you just need to show this again. I'm not sure why the fresh installation of Microsoft Outlook is not able to show this folder by default. That's another mystery to solve.

Here's the procedure to bring this folder back to your Microsoft Outlook.

To re-create it, in Microsoft Outlook, click File, New, Search Folder from the Menu.Click or highlight "Mail flagged for follow up", and click OKIt should be back to your Outlook screen.
