Whaddya be a good Managers? Know your Roles and Responsibilities.

I was reading this article about the Managers roles and responsibilies, and I would like to share this to our readers.

"Managers are responsible to supervise and take charge of the activities and productivity of their worker" (2009, About-Personal-Growth.com). I guess this statement is the common denominator to all managers, whether you are IT Manager, HR Manager, Store Manager, etc.

Here are the basic roles and responsibilies:

  • Decision Making
  • Goal Setting, planning and organizing
  • Guiding and giving directions
  • Empowering others
  • Communication and people skills
  • Evaluating and analysing
  • Provide satisfaction among the staff and the customers.
  • Being an exemplary role model
