Search Engine Optimization Spam

I have some project websites and I received some SEO spam emails using @gmail.com email address. Good thing, I have a nice anti-spam and anti-virus email service called Google Apps Premier Edition (Gmail) to make it easy for me to manage my emails.
Here's an example of email I received today:

NMAP is the swiss tool that you need to learn if you're serious in Cyber Security profession. The NMAP tool can be use with NSE scripting (Nmap Scripting Engine) to automate your tasks.
