Who is using Google Apps? City of Los Angeles

Today I will start blogging to track who is using Google Apps for Government, Education, Private and Public company to make everyone aware of the power of cloud computing technology. Note. Last December of 2009, the City of Los Angeles chose to use Google Apps over Microsoft Exchange Server. Here's a notable saving switching to Google Apps. "Moving to Google Apps will free up nearly 100 servers that were used for our existing email system, which will lower our electricity bill by almost $750,000 over five years" (2010, Google Enterprise).
