Deltek GCS Premier error in printing report.

I have an error when a user of Deltek GCS Premier 5.0 with service patch 5 is trying to print in job reports.This error typically means that the GCS PDF Driver is not installed on the workstation encountering the error. First thing to do is check the Printers and Faxes for the "GCS PDF Driver." If its missing you may manually install it using the steps provided below.

You need a user with local admin to allow the driver to install properly. Please follow the procedure on how to install the GCS PDF Driver.


1) Go to Start >> Run and type: install "GCS PDF Driver" and click ok.
2) Once the installer finishes click .
3) Go to Start >> Printers and Faxes and confirm the GCS PDF Driver is listed displayed in the list.
4) Log into GCS and test printing again.

Ask one of your Deltek GCS Premier user to test the printing of reports.
