Lost For Follow Up folder in Outlook.

I have a user asking why the "For Follow Up" folder is missing in Microsoft Outlook after changing the upgrading computer. The folder is not missing, you just need to show this again. I'm not sure why the fresh installation of Microsoft Outlook is not able to show this folder by default. That's another mystery to solve.

Here's the procedure to bring this folder back to your Microsoft Outlook.

• To re-create it, in Microsoft Outlook, click File, New, Search Folder from the Menu.
• Click or highlight "Mail flagged for follow up", and click OK

It should be back to your Outlook screen.
