Whaddya want to implement all Wireless connectivity to your network without the use of Ethernet (physical RJ-45)?

If you are looking for wireless solution, here's one for you. I personally not using it yet but I really like their implementation design and might apply this to work.

The product is "Xirrus Wi-Fi Array integrates 4, 8, 12, 16 or 24 802.11abg+n coupled to a high-gain directional antenna system into a single device along with an onboard multi-gigabit switch, WI-FI controller, firewall, dedicated Wi-Fi threat sensor, and an embedded spectrum analyzer to provide mmore than enough bandwidth, security and control to replace switched Ethernet to the desktop as the primary network connection - providing more coverage, bandwidth, and throughput in the industry on a per device and system basis resulting in 75% fewer devices, power, cabling, switch ports, and installation time than competitive offerings." I was just looking for a wireless load balance solution and stumbled to this product. I would like to share this to my reader (especially administrators and geeks) to share their knowledge if they already implemented a similar wireless wide-network designs as shown here.

I will keep you posted if I have the chance to implement this in our network.

Frequent Account Lockout in Active Directory

I have a user in Windows Pro 7, and Windows Server 2003 environment that is frequently account locked out. I tried many different scenarios to resolve this account lockout issue, from resetting his password, changing a new password, remove and re-join the domain, rebooting the workstation and active directory servers.

I tried to use the command prompt utility to run "rundll32.exe keymgrdll, KRShowKeyMgr" (case sensitive) to delete the account in Windows 7 password cache, and still no luck.

Still searching for answer ... Let me know if you encounter a similar issue in Windows Pro 7 and Windows Server 2003.
