Google Adsense for Domains making changes?

I'm not sure if Google Adsense for Domains started making changes to your parked domain names, by providing different looks. For example, I've checked one of my domainMotels.com.cn and refresh 3 times (try again if you don't see the new pages).

Please see the 3 different captured images.





Let me know if you see these changes for your parked domain names. If you do, please post your domain name so I can check it as well. I'm curious if this is specific to a certain keywords, category or something else.
