According to the PDF file posted in Winston.com website, the domain names will not be returned without a direct written request from authorized person to [email protected]. So, calling all NBA celebrities in the list, get your domain name now for free.

Not just celebrity names, avoid registering service marks or trademarks domain name own by corporations e.g. Microsoft, Google, Apple, Dell, HP and other brand names.

As much as possible register domain names related to your business, generic combination of keywords, check it in United States of Patents and Trademarks Services (uspto.gov) or your local government.
