Whaddya know why recommends against .TV domain name? is one of the cheapest domain name registration out there. I registered some domain names from GoDaddy, if not from website. I even bought Hostage.TV

from them years ago.
So why Bob Parsons or GoDaddy doesn't want you to register .TV? Maybe he was not able to get what he want for .TV or maybe he doesn't like the current management of .TV registry.

For whatever reason, business must go on and deal other opportunity if you fail to get one. You win some and you lose some. That's one part being a businessman.

Tuvalu is sinking! This is not a flash news, everyone in the domain name industry already knew it. Searching the Internet, you will see the article written by Kevin Maney year 2004 discussing the opportunity and risk in domain name investment. In this article "VeriSign spokesman Tom Galvin tells me that a defunct country's Internet domain lives on." (2009, But, ICANN published an article in opposite direction of Tom Galvin's statement. I can't find the document, still searching the Internet and ICANN for this information.

It's just a matter time to find out what will be the future of .TV domain name. I highly recommend that ICANN change the status of .TV from ccTLD to one of gTLD extension, and also consider changing the price format of .TV domain name registration. Use the .com .net and .org registration cost, remove the premium .TV registration.

Frequent Account Lockout in Active Directory

I have a user in Windows Pro 7, and Windows Server 2003 environment that is frequently account locked out. I tried many different scenarios to resolve this account lockout issue, from resetting his password, changing a new password, remove and re-join the domain, rebooting the workstation and active directory servers.

I tried to use the command prompt utility to run "rundll32.exe keymgrdll, KRShowKeyMgr" (case sensitive) to delete the account in Windows 7 password cache, and still no luck.

Still searching for answer ... Let me know if you encounter a similar issue in Windows Pro 7 and Windows Server 2003.
