Microsoft Outlook has stopped working.

I've got this error "Microsoft Outlook has stopped working" after the upgrade of Lync 2010 to 2013. Before the Lync installation, everything is working fine.

Here's my last action.
I logged in to the Office 365, Office 365 Settings, in Software download the Lync 2013 for 64 bit, in "desktop setup" where I clicked on "set up" button this will update the copy of Office on your computer so you can:
  • Use Outlook and Office 365 together for email and more
  • Save Office documents to OneDrive
I was able to install the Lync 2013 without any problem. I can add new contact and collaborate. But when I
start my MS Outlook 2010 then I get this error "Microsoft Outlook has stopped working".

I've tried the following, but no luck.
  • Repaired MS Office 2010, reboot the computer. Tried MS Outlook still the same error message.
  • Tried using Outlook.exe /safe (safemode) but no luck.
  • I un-installed the Office 2010 and Lync 2013 to start over. Still the same issue "Microsoft Outlook has stopped working".
So far, all troubleshooting, reading Internet post, and forums no success.

I'm planning to install a new Office 2013 Standard version to see if this will correct this issue. I think it will and probably my last option. I don't want to give up now, I need to know what caused this Microsoft Outlook 2010 to stopped working.

PROBLEM SOLVED:
It's a corrupted Outlook Addins. When I run "Outlook.exe /safe" for safemode, still got the same error.

But I was able to disabled the Outlook Addins through the registry update. Here's how.

Here's my actual registry records. Disabling the Outlook Addins.

Start Outlook, it worked!

Here's the information I've got from Microsoft. I've seen so many complaint about this error, and I hope this post will help others.

Mission accomplished.

Frequent Account Lockout in Active Directory

I have a user in Windows Pro 7, and Windows Server 2003 environment that is frequently account locked out. I tried many different scenarios to resolve this account lockout issue, from resetting his password, changing a new password, remove and re-join the domain, rebooting the workstation and active directory servers.

I tried to use the command prompt utility to run "rundll32.exe keymgrdll, KRShowKeyMgr" (case sensitive) to delete the account in Windows 7 password cache, and still no luck.

Still searching for answer ... Let me know if you encounter a similar issue in Windows Pro 7 and Windows Server 2003.
